About Bentley Sustainable Investment Group
Bentley Sustainable Investment Group follows sustainable, responsible, and impact investing (SRI) strategies. SRI is an investment discipline that considers environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) criteria to generate long-term competitive financial returns and positive societal impact.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to educate students on how to integrate ESG criteria into the investment process to guide better investment decisions that generate a double impact.

Information Technology
This sector contains businesses revolving around the manufacturing of electronics, creation of software, computers or products and services relating to information technology.
Sector 02
Financials & Real Estate
The financials sector covers a broad range of industries including banks, investment companies, insurance companies, and real estate firms. The main segments of the real estate sector are residential real estate, commercial real estate and industrial real estate.
Sector 03
Healthcare
The healthcare sector consists of businesses that provide medical services, manufacture medical equipment or drugs, provide medical insurance, or otherwise facilitate the provision of healthcare to patients.
Sector 04
Energy, Utilities, & Communications
The energy sector includes companies involved in integrated power and utility companies such as renewable energy. The utility sector includes companies that supply energy and other utilities such as water to end consumers. The communications sector involves mostly telephone and internet companies.

Industrials & Materials
Companies in the industrials sector operate across a wide range of industries that involve producing capital goods used in construction and manufacturing. The materials sector includes companies involved in discovery and development of raw materials.

Consumer goods are defined as a set of stocks & companies that relate to items purchased by individuals & households rather than manufacturers and industries.
